Villa Desierto is an exquisite home that offers something for everyone. Located adjacent to the Esperanza Resort at Punta Ballena, it is a luxurious villa that offers all of the amenities of a six star hotel.

The interiors are spacious and dramatic. The floors are all marble and the furnishings of the highest quality. Soothing neutral tones are tastefully punctuated with splashes of local color.

The villa offers five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Four of the five bedrooms offer ocean views and one of the bedrooms is located in it's own private casita. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished, offers an ocean view as well as an opulent marble bath complete with Jacuzzi tub.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped and offers striking granite countertops.

Villa Desierto offers an exceptional game room as well outfitted with a pool table and large screen TV.

Outside, there is an expansive furnished patio and dramatic Infinity styled private swimming pool.
